Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon arrival
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or model)
- The return request is submitted within the specified return window

All refund requests must include proof of purchase.

2. Return Window

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
- Air pillows must be un-inflated and unused unless defective
- Air pillow machines must not show signs of misuse or user-caused damage

4. Non-Refundable Items

- Used or damaged items due to customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or bulk orders (unless defective)

5. Refund Process

1. Submit a return request via our contact page
2. Provide order number and details of the issue (photos may be required)
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Shipping Costs

- Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping
- Customer-initiated returns: customer pays return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Replacements are shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

9. Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment
- If already shipped, the standard return process applies
